Now this isn’t exactly about wealth building or finances but I want to write for a second about how great the Oreo Milka chocolate bars are. Last year I traveled to Germany for two weeks and brought back a huge stash of chocolate. Normal Milka, strawberry, creme, vanilla, etc. I thought I had enjoyed all of the flavors but a month after I returned to the United States they came out with the Oreo Milka bar.
Unwrapping the Oreo Milka Bar
The Oreo Milka bar is by far the best Milka chocolate I’ve ever had. When you first unwrap the package you can clearly smell that wonderful Oreo smell. The downfall of many Oreo-based products is that they simply taste like cookies and cream and have little specs of cookie in the flavor. The Oreo Milka bars have actual chunks of Oreo of varying sizes. One bite may have only a few specs but the next will have a significantly larger chunk of deliciousness. If you’re a Milka, Oreo, or even chocolate fan at all I highly recommend picking up at least one of the bars.
Where to Buy Oreo Milka
The hardest part of Milka is that they don’t have any official distributors in the United States. So if you’re a big fan like me you often have to overpay and wait for long delivery times. All of the local Boston places that usually carry Milka (like the Turkish shops and German Delis nearby) have never carried the Oreo and the shopkeepers say it is unavailable through their third-party distributors.
Where I purchased my Milka was from a third-party on Amazon.com. I got three Oreo Milka bars for $12.99 which is admittedly a little expensive. Since then I’ve been looking into alternative methods of purchasing and possibly distributing Milka throughout the Northeast and the rest of the United States. If you’re interested in possibly buying part of larger order to save money feel free to leave a comment in the comments section and maybe we can work something out that benefits everybody
